Penguin Figure Skating Club Testing Policy Updates: March 1, 2009

· Anyone who is interested in testing, please complete all Penguin FSC paperwork and submit a check to the Penguin box by the deadline, always a Friday at noon and at least 10 days prior to the session. See specific test announcement.

· Only completed applications will be accepted and scheduled.

· Effective March 1, 2009 there have been changes to policy and fees.

o Test Fee based on the test, no changes.

o Ice time Fee $10 for the first test and $5 for every additional test, no change.

o Hospitality Fee $10, no change.

o Guest Fee of $25 for ALL non-Penguin FSC members, reflects reduction and new policy.

o Late Fee of $15, reflects reduction.

· All late applications will be subject to the $15 late fee and will be added to the schedule at the discretion of the test chair based on availability.
